Mosaic collects no personal data. Zero. Your habit data lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud account. Minilabs has no servers that store your information and no way to access what you track.
Nothing. Mosaic does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. There is no Mosaic account, no login, no analytics SDK, and no advertising framework in the app.
All habit data — your habits, completions, streaks, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. Minilabs cannot access your iCloud data.
We never see your data. Not even in aggregate form.
iCloud sync is optional. When active, your data moves between your own devices through Apple's servers under Apple's Privacy Policy. Minilabs has no access to this data and receives no copy of it.
Mosaic Pro is available via in-app purchase through the App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Minilabs receives only a transaction confirmation — no payment details, no card numbers, no billing address.
If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in your iPhone's Privacy settings, Apple may forward anonymized crash logs through Xcode Organizer. These logs contain technical stack trace information only — no habit data, no personal identifiers. You can disable this at any time:
Mosaic contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks. The only external services the app communicates with are Apple's own StoreKit (for in-app purchases) and CloudKit (for optional iCloud sync). Both are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Mosaic does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to handle differently based on age.
Your data is always yours. You can export your complete habit history as a JSON file from Settings → Export Backup. To delete all data, delete the app — all local data is removed immediately. If iCloud sync was enabled, delete the iCloud data from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Mosaic.
If we ever change how Mosaic handles data, we'll update this page and reflect the new date above. Material changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
